  1. This is amazing! I went through and tried to pick out the books I had read. I found many more books I haven't read to add to my list.

  2. Thank you for sharing, Jenclair. That was amazing, as Lu said. It was fun to pick out titles I recognized.

  3. So much fun! Like Literary Feline, I loved seeing 'familiar' books-it was like seeing your friends on tv, in some weird way. lol

  4. regularrumination - It is amazing, isn't it? So fascinating on so many levels.

    Maggie - :)

    LF - Quite a variety!

Eva - I like the analogy of "seeing your friends on tv" -- familiar names in unfamiliar surroundings!

  5. I love it!

Except along the way I kept wondering how come it's all HarperCollins UK titles in the background? Then it hit me - 4th Estate is a HarperCollins imprint. This is probably sponsored by the publisher.

*sigh* I need to stop working.

  6. Orpheus - I would never have noticed it from the books, but the video was made for the 25th anniversary of the 4th Estate imprint.

    I love it, too!

  7. It is. I saw this on someone else's site a few weeks ago and was just blown away by the creativity. The time and effort that had to go into this is hard to fathom but the result is terrific.

  8. Very creative! I tried to read the book titles at the first but I started getting dizzy and had to stop. I can't imagine the amount of work that went into that little segment. Amazing.

  9. Carl - The time and effort in making the video must be huge! Well worth it, though!

booklogged - I've watched it twice one for the "people" and the "city" and once for the books. So much to see!
